PROFESSIONAL PRICING GUIDE
*pricing applies to all professionally certified personal trainers working with independently sourced clients; studio-sourced clients are not subject to hourly fees. Trainers are required to be registered with the studio prior to performing services. Registration includes presenting current certification and proof of liability insurance, no lower than $1M. Failure to register prior to providing services will result in immediate expulsion from the studio.
Unlimited Professional Monthly Savings
$2,400/month - unlimited studio time
Single hour: $40/hr.
10-hour: $350 ($35/hr.)
20-hour: $600 ($30/hr.)
Small Group Training Fees
The unlimited studio discount is intended for independent trainers looking to build their commitment to their independently sourced clients and build their careers in the fitness industry. This offers a discount to trainers looking to train more than 80 sessions, monthly. Studio-resourced clients are completed as contract services and are not subject to hourly fees.

Personal training rates apply to sessions with 1-2 clients. Sessions with 3 or more clients are considered small group training.
In order to maintain a high-quality experience, the studio is limited to no more than 4 clients at one time. Every 2 clients require a 1-hour booking. Each booking credits/deducts as 1 hour. All small group sessions (3+ clients) require advanced scheduling. Sessions with more than 4 clients require a full studio booking. This is limited in availability and requires advanced approval. This ensures space, equipment access, and focused experience for all clients.
Professional Registration Fee - $150.00
The registration fee is required prior to entering with the intent to offer professional training services to clients. Registration requires proof of current nationally recognized certification and liability insurance no less than $1M.
Registration permits trainers to enhance their clients’ experience in a clean and professional studio space equipped with clean, current, and well-maintained equipment, guaranteed.
Registered trainers will also be added to the UVTC trainer network to assist in building their client base. Sessions performed for clients of UVTC are paid out in accordance with the single session rates for both client and trainer. Studio-sourced sessions do not require hourly fees and are not deducted from hourly packages.
